Meeting Jake:
I aim to work collaboratively and compassionately with my clients, believing that a strong and honest therapeutic relationship is the best predictor of success in therapy. While making the choice to engage in therapy can sometimes feel confronting, I always work to create a safe and comfortable space for my clients to better connect with their authentic selves.
I have a particular interest in working with adults and youth experiencing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and difficulties with self-worth/self-esteem.
