Standard Child ADHD assessment and report

Standard Package:
– Involves a detailed developmental history with caregivers, a structured diagnostic interview with parents or guardians, an assessment with the child/young person and ADHD-specific behavioural questionnaires
– Includes school liaison and teacher reports (where provided).
– A feedback session to explain results and recommendations
– A diagnostic formulation and written report with recommendations

(Note: We are qualified to diagnose but not able to prescribe medication. If this is desired, we can recommend a Psychiatrist who will assess suitability for medication. This will be at an additional charge)

This product is only available in person at our clinic in Finchley, or online. We only recommend purchasing these products following a discussion with a member of the team to ensure eligibility and suitability.
