Payments
We ask that fees are paid by bank transfer at least 24 hours before each session. If your sessions are covered by insurance, we can invoice your provider directly where possible.
Attending each session is important to help your child make the most progress. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
If a session is missed or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full fee will still apply. For insurance-funded sessions, cancellation charges are not covered, so they will need to be paid personally.
Please note that the fees listed apply both to the initial assessment and to all follow-up sessions.
These products are only available in person at our clinic in Finchley or online. We recommend discussing them with a member of our team first to make sure they are suitable and appropriate for your child.
